“Ceres” is the first of the Celestial Voices, by Auddict, featuring the soaring, ethereal vocals of singer, Tanya Wells. Tanya’s flawless vocals, trained and refined in India, have taken her performing at the Cannes Film Festival for Anoushka Shankar, opening for Joss Stone, Nitin Sawhneyand Nicki Wells (her twin sister), as well as recording vocals for the 2014 movie “Hercules”.
Auddict wanted to make this instrument even more musical, so they came up with the idea of the phrase builder module. With the phrase-builder, which you can see in the Kontakt interface, you can shape your musical phrase by using a key-switch to determine how the first note of a phrase will be sung.
You can also switch as you play, between normal legato intervals, and portamento intervals, each individually sampled for all four vowels, giving a total of eight true legato sounds, as well as adding touches of vibrato in with the controls (MIDI map-able), to add an extra level of depth, variety and belief to your sound.

You have an accompaniment section where you can play up to three-note chords, a drum section as well as additional parts like bass, pad and harmony. Hypernode ships with over 600 factory sounds (24 bit, 44 khz), ranging from keys and guitars to synthesizer waveforms and hybrids and you can edit every aspect of the included sounds down to the smallest detail utilizing filters, envelopes, lfo’s and effects. All instruments offer flexible sequencers, automation, five freely assignable insert effect slots, convolution reverb and more, you can even modulate insert effect parameters via the included sequencers! The accompaniment module features 64 simultaneously running sequencers! Each sequencer can run at its own rate, number of steps (up to 128) and act as a one-shot phrase if required. Accompaniment & Bass Modules
Accompaniment Module The Accompaniment module is by far the most powerful and the true heart of Hypernode. All the magic starts when you press more than one note at the same time (e.g. a three-note chord). Hypernode Accompaniment will then instantly sort all pressed notes from low to high as you play and map them to the three built-in note sequencers (low, mid and high) at the top section. Each Hypernode Accomp note section (low, mid, high) features a selectable output FX BUS, a harmony hold function which causes the first pressed note(s) to stay at the same pitch as long as the “H” button is pressed. Furthermore there is a table loop button and a set of functions to edit and modify the current table. You can also quickly nudge tables left or right and erase or randomize them. Each note section offers control over the amplifier and filter envelope, panning, volume, velocity to volume amount, filter cutoff, resonance, filter type (sweeping from lowpass to highpass) and filter envelope amount. Sounds for the individual note sections can be chosen by category – Atonal, Wave(form), String, Wind, Pluck and Voice. Each note section can play two sounds at the same time. I was totally engrossed into a world
of peaceful ambiance with nature scenes all around me. As I played this library
I could see myself on my own little adventure away from all the madness of
technology. I believe I could score an entire documentary or a film underscore
with just this pack alone. The new soundsources were top notch breathing a serene outdoor life into Empty Fields. The patches are divided into Ambiences, ARP's, Basses, Keys, Leads, Pads, and Soundscapes. What also impressed me was the fact that I experienced different atmospheres and environments in this series. I felt like I was traveling in the cold dead of winter and then reborn with the birth of spring. Tons of emotions have been crafted in the sound design of Empty Fields and Triple Spiral Audio has once again created a masterpiece.I don’t mean to gush over the power of this series,
but I can’t help myself. Anyone with Omnisphere 2 would be falling way short by
not picking this up.
Final Thoughts:
The Empty Fields series for Omnisphere 2 embodies ambient
perfection in every way. Triple Spiral Audio has risen in the ranks of one of my
favorite sound designers. A one-time
