NEW RELEASE
Heavyocity Media is proud to announce the release of Damage Machina, a bold and unconventional percussion library built from the raw and resonant textures of the mechanical world. Powered by the award-winning Damage 2 engine, this inspiring toolkit features over 720 unique playable sources, 280 curated loops, and more than 9,000 samples—all crafted to inject gritty, chaotic rhythm into modern compositions.
Developed in collaboration with acclaimed sound designer Robert Dudzic—renowned for his extensive trailer and film industry credits—Damage Machina brings together field recordings of typewriters, antique tractors, pinball machines, steam engines, and countless other industrial oddities. The result is a sonically rich library that straddles the line between music and machine.
"Meticulously recorded and expertly crafted, these visceral sounds are designed to inject chaotic, percussive energy into your tracks," said Dave Fraser, Co-Founder and Partner at Heavyocity. "Damage Machina turns the rhythm of machinery into powerful and dynamic musical statements."
The library is presented in two distinct, customizable instruments:
-
Ensemble Designer – for layering and performing playable sources
-
Loop Designer – for crafting dynamic grooves from curated rhythmic loops
With Damage Machina, composers and producers can expect a seamless, inspiring workflow, whether scoring high-intensity film trailers, immersive game soundtracks, or experimental music productions.
